The staff was very competent, courteous and helpful.
Noisy not typical of other Quality Inn's I have stayed in.

This hotel is located a few blocks from the end of highway 17 which makes it easy to find. There are two good restaurants within walking distance and a Denny's.

Didn't realize it was so far from the beach but it is right across the street from the best ice cream shop in Santa Cruz. Big Plus. Bed was comfy and room was very open. Toilet seat was broken.

the pol area was impeccably clean and the pool itself was refreshing and crystal clear., very quaint.
They ran out of their juice and food items for the breakfast but afterall it's complimentary and we didn't even know to expect it.

I would bring my family here again. Santa Cruz beach and boardwalk were just a very short driving distance. There were food venues close by. The rooms were clean...the establishment quiet at night...the TV channels were terrific...and the pool was very attractive. ...read more

We had the 3rd floor corner room and we really liked it. We could over look the landing that had flowers/trees all over and it was really nice.
It wasn't necissarily the hotel, but there was a child there that ran back and forth in front of our room at 6 am, that was annoying.

I really liked it and will most likely stay there again for our next trip to the area. It was a little over a mile from the board walk and about a mile from the beach we go to. The room was extremely clean and I felt comfortable in it. They had tons of channels and it was nice to have a variety of things to watch while settling down for the night. ...read more

It was OK, A little old and out dated, was clean, afforadable.
Did not like the upstairs, we had alot of luggage to carry. We asked if we could have the downstairs but could'nt.

It was alright just old and seemed to need some updating.
